Bellissimo negozio per gli amanti moleskine, i prezzi sono in linea con quello di altri rivenditori, ma sicuramente il vantaggio di questo piccolo negozio è il fatto di aver euna vasta scelta.

One of my younger cousins is 15. She loves to write. I thought it would be nice to get her a notebook for Christmas. I spotted a very pretty one at Moleskine with a “bedazzled” strap. I couldn’t find it in the store, besides the display model. I asked a salesperson -who was clearly uninterested- for help. She quickly pulled one out of a drawer, which was in a plastic-wrapped box. I asked the salesperson if she was certain that this was the right one. She said: yes. I have just travelled 6,000 miles to be with my family on Christmas Eve. When I arrived, I opened the box and it is not the notebook I wanted. This is a very plain black faux-leather one, which, by the way, cost me $50. I also have no gift to give my cousin tomorrow.
This is yet another example of these so-called upscale brands that hire untrained staff. So disappointing !

Heidi was amazing, super kind and patient, and answered all the questions I had about different notebooks. Her customer service was really good. I highly recommend this store.

This is the most beautifully detailed and aesthetically balanced Moleskine location I've visited. The decorative displays crafted by the store associates really expand the imagination regarding how the products can be used. Kudos to the manager, Graham, and the entire creative team at this location!

Just the most incredible team with some classic, amazingly quality products!! I went in yesterday to get a journal to start my bullet journaling journey, and not only did Allison (sp?) help me find one super tailored to what I needed, she also helped me personalize it and we had a lovely chat while she did!! Graham is also just the best, and when I visited today to say thank you, Maryann was also just the kindest. Incredible service here from some genuinely lovely folks!!

One of the least welcoming staff we experienced. Even worse, total lack of knowledge of the products. The guy working there, large size with unique clothing just didn't know anything and didn't care to find out, and was more interested in himself than customers. My wife is an avid moleskine user and she'll never go to moleskine again.

Heidi is an incredible employee. I had a difficult order that required an involved hand-pressed arrangement and she handled it with such grace and expertise -- especially when MY terrible handwriting caused an issue. The store was flooded with customers and demands while this was happening, and there wasn't a moment of unprofessionalism from herself or Ares. And I'm extremely grateful for their kindness, understanding, and support.

I love the Moleskine brand! My brother is in architecture school so when we went to Century City mall in LA I just had to get him one to sketch LA landmarks on our trip. The quality is unmatched, the build is great, and I'm told that it's perfect for sketching between the weight of the paper and the texture.

Personally, I love their planners. The quality of the paper and the stitching of the spine is so classic, so timeless. The staff at this particular store were very calm and didn't seem bothered that we perused for a while. The store was in a convenient location within the mall. Close tk the steps and close to other major stores.
