L'hotel si trova sulla international road di Orlando e dista circa 20 km dall'aeroporto. La camera era pulita con frigo e forno a microonde, bagno spazioso con vasca. Era compresa la colazione che andava bene. Personale gentile alla reception quando abbiamo avuto bisogno. Si possono comprare i biglietti per i parchi principali direttamente in hotel. L'hotel lo consiglio e se dovessi ritornare ad Orlando ci soggiornerei di sicuro.

Great hotel very well managed. Our room was spacious and spotless, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly and went out of their wait to ensure our stay was enjoyable. A very special "thank you" to Vanessa, Ana and Fabi who were amazing and deserve the recognition. We look forward to staying here again soon.

I checked in online the day prior and selected my room. It doesn’t allow me to use a digital key so I have to see the front desk. The staff member tells me the room I chose was pre-assigned (yep, because I picked it)… but I can’t have that room. Please note the rooms on the opposite side of the building are parallel to I-4.

After 20 minutes of getting herself together, we finally get keys. I have no access to the digital key still, even though she said she gave it. And I can’t get into the WiFi. I lost all confidence in her ability to help me so I call customer service. I was never checked in per their system. After he calls the front desk and 40 minutes later on hold, he was able to get me checked in, get my digital key and get me WiFi access. The fact that customer service had to handle my check-in says everything about this place.

Coming back here to sleep after a long day, the noise from I-4 was horrendous. & we were on the 6th floor. Motorcycles, trucks, etc. it was just non-stop waking me from my sleep. Had I been given my original chosen room, on the opposite side of the building, maybe it would have been better.

Breakfast is advertised to start at 6am. It in fact does not open at 6am.

I won’t come back here.

Front desk ppl were always great and helpful. Rooms were huge and comfy. The breakfast buffet was very underwhelming, but other than that, it was a great stay!

Conveniently located, spacious rooms, comfortable twin beds, neat and clean, daily housekeeping, good TV package, decent wifi, mediocre breakfast. Good laundry machines and polite front desk, always keeps coins change for convenience of guests to use in laundry machines.
Sometimes, replenishing breakfast items takes a bit longer than expected.

No complaints. We stayed for 4 nights and it was perfect. Large, clean rooms, great breakfast, and very courteous staff. We'd definitely stay here again.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were immaculate and beautifully furnished, and the entire property was spotless and ideally located. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. The front desk service, especially from Larissa, was exceptional—she was incredibly helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!

El hotel está muy bien. La piscina es muy linda. El desayuno está genial y la señora que se encarga de servirlo es super amable y atenta a todo. Esta muy bien ubicado. Lo único que no está tan bueno es la entrada que es bastante oscura, es una callecita al costado de un dunkin (qué cierra muy temprano) y como al fondo, después de pasar por el costado de un mini golf abandonado. Salvo eso, es muy recomendable.
