I been here few times and nice lads here helped me choice my I pad air here and got a bargain good price the stuff nice here and manger nice also good customer service and prices are better than cash generator or other outlets do my pay weekly here but it outright and pay it in cash plus Items I’m good condition Better than high end equipment u can get top range stuff here thanks so much tammy new customer asain girl who got I pad air am so happy with my product thanks for a fast sale see you again soon

I’ve bought a lot of items from cex, however we purchased a phone 10 months ago, it had started to glitch about 2 months ago, wasn’t too bad I assumed it needed updating or things deleting, as a busy working mum I did put it off for a couple of weeks thinking it just needed a software update, however about 4 weeks ago it was doing it loads, so I took it in, they informed me it needed to be checked and I would have to log out of everything so I tried to log out but because it had a security thing on it had to come back 2 hours later, I was busy and decided to leave it until I had time to go back, 2 weeks later I went back in I had already logged out and took the passcode off like they advised, I then got asked to come back an hour later, so I did and then they hadn’t found out what was wrong with the phone and said they would have to reset the phone so I agreed, when I went back 40 minutes later they said I couldn’t resolve a problem and offered us a refund, as it was my daughters phone we needed a new one asap, I had bought this phone for £300! With it being less than a year since I bought the phone from them I was assuming I’d get a refund or replacement at the same price! We seen another phone that was £350 so I decided to ask can I have this other phone and pay the £50 difference, however what they had failed to tell me when I had originally bought the phone that the price decreases after 6 months!! So basically the resale price was £240 not the £300 we paid, it does actually state this in very small writing but they did say when we bought it you get 12 months warranty they didn’t make the small print clear to us! I advised them that they should be telling customers this really! I can’t fault the staff member who served us, but as a company I feel they need to change this!

Well I just look around in the Cex but I can't afford it for sorry for Cex cos I 've not enough money because I had having been payments bedroom tax and council tax it is too much for me. I lives alone, I am deaf single, disabled and I am very poor that was very difficult communicates and difficult to pay my big bills that bad government didn't pay me for my cold weather that why my British Gas with Electricity it is very expensive.

The selling prices where ridiculous. We sold 40 discs and only got 40p.
Considering they are going to sell them for a pound I'm very angry as the taxi up there was 20 quid. Therefore I feel that the selling price should be at least 50p considering some of them where brand new and sealed. Until things change I won't be returning. However Isaac was very nice.

Incompetent and very rude staff!!! Maybe few exceptions ,but mainly incompetent and unhelpful!!! My advice is just go Stockpot or another CEX. Save your self time and headache.

If only minus figures were an option. Twice now walked away for purchasing items in this store with a young one in tears purely due to the staffs hideously bad, ignorant and outright rude manner.
The manager in this store should be ashamed but clearly if staff like this are tolerated then the manager themselves must have very low standards.
I cannot recommend enough that you purchase elsewhere.
