Wonderful experience. I highly recommend this company. I ordered a coastal banana leaf queen bed and just as it was described on the web i got it in a timely manner. All communication was clear and the delivery was smooth too. No hick ups. No stress. Now Im confident I will be back for more furniture for my new place. Im thankful for finding this online and not paying $200 extra on Amazon for the same item.

The seller's service is really bad. I bought a set of table and chairs, but found that the table was missing a screw and could not be installed. The armrests of the chairs were also difficult to install. I went to Home Depot and couldn't buy such size of screw. The seller said he would help me solve these problems. As a result, more than 10 days passed and nothing was done. I had to spend $200 to find someone to repair them. It was a bad experience.

I do not agree with the seller's response.
1. The worker just delivered the furniture to the door of my garage, and I do not think this service is worth $150.
2. The seller said that “he would provide me with installation service worth $288, but they did not receive any further communication.”The fact is that on August 29, 2024,I sent a message to the seller, "I hope you can arrange someone to repair the table and chairs as soon as possible,because they are new and it is too messy. Thanks”, The seller never responded or took any action again. More than 10 days later, I had to pay for someone to repair it myself.
3. The prices of the furniture I purchased are the prices and payment methods marked on the seller's website. And the website’s current price is cheaper than mine.
4. The seller contacted me the day after I made the comment and he offered to give me $100 to delete the comment. I think this is my true evaluation of this incident, and I should not lie for $100.
5. The seller's furniture does have quality problems. When I was screwing in the screws, the furniture cracked and the plaster inside was exposed. If I knew the table was not made of wood,I would not buy them.

I was contacted by Caviani. Caviani's owner promised that my furniture would be delivered on a mutually agreeable schedule.

Caviani is a real business, not criminals. No one should worry about ordering from Caviani.

I believe that Caviani sincerely wants their customers to be satisfied but somehow things went off the rails with my order.

I ordered (#CF177147) and paid by Zelle almost 30 days ago for an item that was "in stock". Yesterday, I was held hostage in my home for several hours waiting for delivery that never happened.

All the delivery company would tell me is that my order "was not available" for pick up.

Repeated emails and telephone calls remain unanswered.

As a result of poor (actually non-existent) customer service, I believe that Caviani Home might a criminal enterprise. NEVER pay Caviani by Zelle, this was my mistake.

Save your sanity and your $$$, shop elsewhere.

We ordered a dining table from Caviani Furniture Store on August 1st, with a promised delivery date of 4 to 7 business days. It’s now been 40 days, and we still haven’t received our order.

The customer service at this store is incredibly unprofessional. They don’t respond to emails, and trying to reach someone over the phone is next to impossible. 95% of the time, you can’t even get through. To make matters worse, the address on their website leads to a random parking lot filled with used furniture, which is highly suspicious.

At this point, we feel misled, and I would strongly advise against purchasing anything from Caviani Furniture Store. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this place at all costs.

Carviani furniture employees really care. I had to cancel my order after ordering in advance and they were able to get all my money back with no service charges. They even paid another company for service charge just so I didn't have to. I will definitely be back!

This guy is amazing, we bought one sideboard from him last year and I kid you not it’s 3 times the price anywhere else!!

Every day we look at the sideboard and we’re in love with our purchase, especially at that sweet deal
