The owner and staff are rude! After paying $40 for a tiny stuff animal, they wouldn’t wrap my daughter’s gift because it wasn’t a “gift” and she was buying it with her own money. This is the last time I am giving them my business. Amatos in Middletown is a much better toy store and the staff there are friendly. Avoid shopping here… high prices, rude staff, and overall bad experience!

Literally the best toy store I have ever been in. Customer service was top notch professional and friendly. Very well informed about their toys and other products. Clean and organized. The presentation alone in the store was top notch. Will always highly recommend and will be a forever customer!! Thank you!

The business owner refused to address a serious concern regarding her employee's behavior toward my grandson. This employee should not be working with children. When the issue was brought to the owner's attention, she responded with gaslighting and victim-blaming.

Loved our recent visit to Pinwheels Toys & Games! My girls love checking out the different arts and crafts, dolls, games and books. There’s so much and all ages are accounted for. With my son almost a year old, we’re excited to check out the baby section! The best part: supporting a local business in our own town!

I would be lying if I said I don’t have just as much fun as my daughter in this store. They have toys, treats, stuffed animals and a little something for EVERYONE!! I often even see toys from when I was little in this awesome shop! All the employees are not only helpful they are kind, polite and friendly. I have always believed in supporting small businesses it is extremely important. You will never find the customer service you receive at Pinwheels in any big box store that I can promise you. Pinwheels is a great place to grab a gift, look around, or if you’re anything like me take an hour to be kid again. Make sure you stop by you won’t regret it!

Pinwheels is the best toy shop around. I shop here all the time for my 4.5 year old son and he loves everything that we get from here. Great staff and excellent customer service. They also wrap and ship packages for you that you get from them. I highly recommended this toy store. Check it out!

They are right next to Ken’s corner breakfast. Have breakfast. Then stop into pinwheels your kids will love it! ?
