I see all these comments about friendly staff, yet I feel the general public should be aware of just how said staff is treated. Supposedly, this business has no formal training program and management treats the employees poorly. Additionally, their HR "department" seems to need a refresher on how to properly take action when choosing to terminate an employee and not allow them to conduct wrongful terminations. Letting someone go for "not doing their job" when there's no concrete training method to work up to your "expectations" exemplifies poor management

A great supplier of wholesale floral items. Fresh flowers, greens, supplies , Everything you need if you’re a florist , great Christmas greens and artificial flowers too. You can only shop here if you have a valid resale certificate. Not open to the public. Their designers always have beautiful vignettes set up with design ideas. Love this place been a customer for almost 40 years

I love this place .. I make purchases for Jays Garden Art. But buy a lot for my self too if I’m left with out adult supervision ?

Beautiful place with an enormous selection of fresh plants and flowers. The staff is wonderful and make you feel welcome. I'm a former employee so my review might come off as biased but I wouldn't leave a good review if I didn't believe you would be a satisfied customer. It is an excellent place to work, I miss it so much and I highly recommend Carbones if you are looking for a great place to work, in addition to an excellent wholesale florist!

Ordered disinfectant online for a store pick up, paid for the order. A few days later I received a call, and I’m thinking it’s to pick up. I was wrong. The customer service rep called to tell me that bottles had gone up and my order will be approximately $25 more, even though I had already paid, and the higher price wasn’t listed on the website. I asked if they would honor the price that was on the website since I had I already paid for the order. She said she could not. I told her to cancel the order. A few hours later I received another voicemail, same rep. She said she’d talk to the manager and the best they could do was $12 more for the order…that I had already paid for. I never returned the call. This is unethical, bad business and horrible customer service. As a first time customer, I was looking to purchase a substantial amount of merchandise over the next few weeks for a new program we were launching, but not anymore. They’ve lost a customer forever and future sales, in hopes of getting $25. I hope it was worth it.

I got to say honestly not bad considering I had a full trailer of plants check in at 7am got done at 1:30 pm overnight parking and no lumper fee ?
