I get my household items and I am having a fireplace installed and shelves built. I was able to get my material, and they helped me load the Sheetrock. Amazing Service

Everything locked up with no employees to be found.
So many items are locked up behind cages but NOBODY shows up when you actually need something. I had to go to Lowe’s instead. They even have this useless QR code to scan to bring someone to your aisle. Waited 20 mins…no response. Walked around and found 5 people in orange aprons in another aisle just standing around talking. When I asked for help one of them said “someone will be right there.” Waited another 10 minutes and then left.

Takes to long to load concrete with forklift about an hour for the first day then another hour the second day. I go back in and tell them what happen to getting loaded and they seem to not know whats going on. This homedepot need to step it up on loading with forklift. No problems with all the other ones.

I purchased a Christmas snowman from Home Depot, but when I got home and opened the box, it was completely empty. When I went back to the store to resolve the issue, the experience was incredibly uncomfortable. The employee I spoke with called the supervisor, and soon there were four employees involved, all looking at me like they didn’t believe me. While I was eventually able to exchange the item, the way it was handled felt embarrassing and unprofessional. Mistakes happen, but the staff’s lack of trust made the situation worse. I hope Home Depot trains their employees to handle these kinds of situations with more empathy and respect in the future.

I placed a curbside order early in the day and on my lunch I decided to go pick it up. I waited 30 minutes for the order before I decided to go in and get it, where I waited another 10 minutes in the long line at the returns desk before one of the SEVERAL people not doing anything but playing on their phones behind the counter, FINALLY decided to work and started to bring my "curbside" pick up out which I took from her.

It should NOT take almost an hour to pick up one item!!

I will NEVER be shopping at this store or any Home Depot again. I will be going to Lowe's from now on.

My brother was looking for an outside door. The young lady who helped him was AMAZING! I wish that I had gotten her name. She knows her stuff! She made sure that he had the best information to get the correct door.

I bought a product here that turned out to be very caustic and dangerous. I had opened both containers to see the colors before I realized this. I had thrown away my receipt also, but I had to get that out of my house and maybe recoup my money. The courteous lady at returns easily refunded my money. Thank you, Home Depot!
